I partnered with managers and marketing team and one other designer to uncover insights and translate concepts into features that address customer behaviors and motivations.

I created frameworks and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy.  This helped to convey ideas, show alignments and designs to IT departments.

Scope Definition

I defined the product with my manager.  I balanced the business goals and customer goals. I finished the predetermined features as priorities for testing run.

I  collaborated with the other designer and IT department to translate and make product features for platform context.

MY ROLE AT VANBOX.CA

​

One of the first things after I join this team is to streamline VANBOX's ideas into practical prototypes.  They do not have any flow for the application before but the target customers already existed.  Based on our user personas, I partnered with the other designer to build wireframes and organized meetings with IT department to make sure every feature can be realizable for platform context.  The first molding is ready to be tested.

I worked with marketing department to proceed the website to several created customers and want to identity the pain points of the application. After interviewing and mapping out a list of potential questions, I iterated on the wireframes  and layouts with these feedbacks that gathered depending on the user tests. In order to make the website more user friendly, I added more specific features to ease some parts of the application. The test run last around half a year and the website released in July, 2018
